Some things that can cause your clothes to NOT dry correctly are:
1. Water is needed in order for a combo model to perform the dry function. This is completely different from how a standard dryer would work. The Indesit combo product, cold water is used to condense the moisture in the air. If water is not supplied to the unit the clothes will not be dry. The water taps need to be fully open.
2. The load capacity for drying is smaller than it is for washing. If you are washing a full size load the drying capacity will be much less of that. If you place too much clothing in one load when washing you will need to reduce the load size when drying otherwise your clothes may not dry correctly. The Indesit Washer /Dryer is a tumble dryer and if overloaded in the drying mode the cloths can not tumble and dry, causing discolouration as they will be stuck against a hot drum.
4. At the same time check that the drain pump is not blocked in any way as this will leave clothes wet. Refer to the user guide about cleaning the drain pipe.
